Here are another couple drawings from the Moleskine. The Triceratops is a reworking of the one from January 26.

So I started a new drawing book. Here are the first few entries and I’m pretty satisfied with them (I plan on doing some watercolor on the triceratops). It’s a pocket-sized Moleskine book; and has proven very portable. We’ll see.

Dinosaurs. Here are a few dinosaur drawings I did using toys as models. We have a Tyrannosaurus and a Triceratops.

Ficus and Katydid. This is a woodcut I did six or so years ago. I have been working on my photoshop skills – and, well, here you go. The linework is woodcut and the rest is photoshop.

So I decided to bring my tablet to the meeting. Why not? It’s unobtrusive and still helps me listen and not mentally wander into space.

Linocut and watercolor. Lavender. It smells great and looks nice in the ol’ back yard.
